Refund policy
At Chu Cho Anime + Manga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Refunds
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may be able to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- You have proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt)
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase
Please note that some items may not be eligible for change of mind refunds, such as personalized or custom-made items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer you a refund, exchange or repair, provided that:
- The item was faulty or damaged when you received it
- You have proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt)
- You return the item within a reasonable time
Please note that if the item is not faulty or damaged, we may not be able to offer you a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@chucho.com.au and provide the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- Proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt)
- Details of the item you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will assess your request and, if you are eligible for a refund, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund may be provided in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
