Shipping Policy At Chu Cho Anime + Manga, we are committed to delivering your orders in the fastest and most cost-effective way possible. Below is our shipping policy that outlines our delivery times, costs, and other important information.
Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders within Australia. The delivery time for your order depends on your location and the availability of the product. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
If you have provided a mobile number at checkout, we we provide shipping updates via SMS to track your parcel. We do not use your mobile number for any marketing promotions or events.
Shipping Costs (Australia)
All orders over $100 receive FREE standard shipping within Australia.
All orders under $100 receive a Flat-Rate shipping cost per service selected:
- Standard Shipping - $15
- Express Shipping - $25
Shipping Costs (International)
International shipments do not qualify for free shipping promotion.
We are currently are test trialling a limited international market. We only ship to the following international locations at this time:
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe.
Countries in our test trial will receive Flat-Rate shipping with the following providers:
- Standard International Shipping (New Zealand) - $35AUD
- Standard International Shipping (All Other Countries)- $55AUD
Please Note - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are received. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
